These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your use of our Marketplace, including access to services, purchasing products, and interacting with content. 2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted through your account.

2.3. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account at support@gtm4u.com.

2.4. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Rules for Using the Marketplace

3.1. You agree to use the Marketplace only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

3.2. The following is prohibited:

• Listing or selling prohibited items, including counterfeit products, drugs, weapons, or other items banned by law.
• Posting offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise illegal content.

3.3. We may remove any content or suspend access to the Marketplace if we believe you are violating these Terms.

4. Purchases and Sales

4.1. Buyers: When purchasing products, you enter into a contract directly with the seller. We provide the platform but are not a party to the transaction.

4.2. Sellers: You agree to provide accurate product descriptions, list current prices, and comply with delivery terms.

4.3. All prices on the Marketplace are displayed in the currency chosen by the seller and may include taxes as required by law.

4.4. We are not responsible for the quality of products, their delivery, or the fulfillment of obligations by sellers. However, we may assist in resolving disputes through our support team.

4.5. Returns and exchanges are governed by the specific seller’s policy and applicable laws.

5. Payments

5.1. Payments for products are processed through third-party payment systems that comply with security standards.

5.2. You agree to provide accurate payment information and are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes.

5.3. We may charge a commission for using the Marketplace, and sellers will be notified in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All Marketplace content, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of gtm4u.com or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. You retain rights to the content you upload to the Marketplace (e.g., product photos) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use this content for the operation of the Marketplace.

6.3. Using our content without written permission is prohibited, except as permitted by these Terms.

7. Liability

7.1. The Marketplace is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruptions or errors.

7.2. We are not liable for:

• Losses caused by the actions of sellers or buyers.
• Data loss or disruptions caused by your device or internet connection.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

7.3. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for using the Marketplace, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution
